- Identify any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt. If there is a discrepancy due to company error, it will be fixed free of cost or returned for a refund.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a return unless there was a mistake on our end.
- If measurements were supplied by the client and made to that exact measurement by the seamstress, and it does not fit due to client error, the client is responsible financially for the alterations (DO NOT GUESS YOUR MEASUREMENTS). Use a measuring tape when getting measurements.
- Use a measuring tape when taking your measurements. DO NOT GUESS or use the size clothing you wear (example: I wear a size 34 in pants, so my waist must be 34 inches, INCORRECT! My size 34 pants fit my 43-inch hips but not my 30” waist, so there is a big gap in the back of my pants. I have to get it altered).
- Supply your length in inches for maxi skirts.
- Measure in INCHES and not centimeters
- Do not pull the measuring tape snug. Leave ¼ of an inch of room for sitting and moving
- Measurements will be supplied upon ordering. We will hold fabric for three months and if you do not send measurements after three months, there is NO REFUNDS AND YOUR FABRIC RETURNS TO STOCK!
- Be precise on what you want and discuss it with the company, send pictures if you can. Francois’ Collections will let you know if they can make the item or get close to the item described or supplied
